At long last…A Day In the Life of Cara!
“See this bunny? Rockets in the feet. Make one wrong move and I blow you away. Because that’s how I say ‘Good Morning’.”
“I’m naked…and yet so happy!”
“It’s cool that I’m wearing Gir and all…but what’s the deal with my hair?”
“Ahh…something Gir and I agree on…”
“You’re going too slow, Mom. Give me that!”
“Looks messy, but trust me: most of it’s in my belly. Although, how cereal got on my nose is a mystery the best minds of science cannot answer…”
“ESCAPE!!!”
Time for a nap. (Escaping is hard work)
“Nap Time’s over. Now let me go!”
“Yessss….kiss the Demon Baby…” (She’s been getting crazy red-eye in her pictures lately. I’m not sure why)
“Puppy!” (That poor dog will put up with anything…)
“I was going to stand on this box, but I think something’s not quite right…”
“Water torture is not cool…”
Out like a light…
And there you go! I have a few more pictures, but I think I’ll wait a bit before putting them up here. For now, enjoy the things that make up a typical day for Cara.
Bye!

Just got home from work, so I’m a bit too tired to put up the “Day In the Life” series yet. However, there is this awesome comic:
Definitely a fun site. The “Baby Doom” set is especially funny to me, but this one here is the first. And that cat is so damn cute…
So yeah. Look later today (or tomorrow, if I’m extra lazy) for the Cara pictures.

Currently trying to put together some pictures of Cara to do a whole series which will basically equal “A Day In the Life” sort of thing. Just having a bit of trouble getting pictures of her sleeping without the flash waking her up.
However…
There is this old picture of her that I cleverly (heh) had some fun with at work. Enjoy!
Don’t know if you’ll be able to really read the bubble or not, but it says “I will knock you out…” And she looks like she could, too.
Stay tuned for the upcoming special!

Hey all!
Sorry I haven’t been on in a while. We finally finished that stupid inspection, so I have time to relax and maybe spend a little me-time on the computer.
And, because I know you’ve all been waiting for it…
Cara pictures!!
Here’s Cara’s Halloween costume! (There’s a hat that goes with it, but it makes her look like an eggplant) ^_^;
I can almost hear you all going “Awww!!”
Yeah…at this point Cara was getting pretty sick of the whole “Fashion Show” idea…
Future Alliance?! Traitor… (Well, just as long as she isn’t a Gnome or Dwarf, we’ll be okay…)
“Yeah, that’s right. I’m pretty. You can say it…I know you’re thinking it.”
We tried pears for the first time today…Cara didn’t quite know what to think.
Bouncer fun!
“These eyes can see into the very depths of your SOUL!!! Oh, am I drooling again…?”
So yeah, not much else to report. Except…
Patrick’s coming home in just 2 weeks! *Does happy dance*

Just a few quick things:
#1 – Yes, I’m still alive. Just haven’t been able to get on lately because Cara’s started teething. Little Ball of Wrath.
#2 – Yes, I know a lot more than I’d like to know about the recent oopsie between North Dakota and Louisiana.
#3 – No, I can’t tell you anything. Rest assured, everything is going to be fine.
The End.

Okay, here’s a thought:
Have you ever made strange mental associations while playing video games? Say, for instance, you’re playing Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland. And you really, REALLY like playing this game, because it’s so peaceful and relaxing. But, for some unknown reason, whenever you water the crops on your farm, the laser hallway scene from the 1st Resident Evil movie plays in your head. EVERY…SINGLE…TIME!!!
Why does my brain do this? Why is this so? It stops as soon as I stop watering the crops, but without fail, it starts every time I whip out that watering can. Little bit of water for the tomatoes (that one guy getting half his hand chopped off in the hallway). Have some water, little potatoes (and that other guy who got caught in the “laser net”). Grow up big and strong, my breadfruit (the medic chick got her head cut off while she stood there).
WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN?!
Has this ever happened to any of you? Or am I just insane?
Oop, must go now. Cara’s nap time is over.

Cara’s five months old today! (Whoo!)
And Patrick will be home in two months! (double Whoo!!)
And more pictures of Cara…this time with Grandpa D! (triple Whoo!!!)
Aww…grandpas really ARE comfy!
Must be the beard.

“Wha- oh…hi. We were just…that is to say…we were…you know what? Nevermind. Just walk away.”
And…that’s it. I need sleep.
