• Whoo!

  Finally got things straightened out with the orders, so now I can tell you...

  Patrick and I are going to Turkey!

  As previously said, at least I'll be leaving in the middle of October, but not until after Heather's wedding.  So we'll be up there for that.  (Yay!)

  Also, Tsume's going to be living with Mom and Dad while we're gone, because the trip over there would be too hard on him and he wouldn't get his medication in the plane.  So I'll probably fly over first with Aozora to get things set up.  Then Patrick'll follow the next month with Cara.

  Which I find hideously appropriate...

  Patrick went to Guam and left me alone with Cara for 4 1/2 months.  Now, I know some time has passed, but still...every now and then, I get a little resentful for some reason.  Not at him, he never knows, but it still isn't healthy.  I see forcing him to spend 12+ hours on a plane with a toddler will more than make up for everything.  (And yes, I know I'm evil...but I'm still going to laugh)

  So yeah...other than that, not much going on.  Did our taxes today (whoo...).  And now I'm off to play a little WoW.
